Ambassador Pro is the pro supply division of Ambassador Mid-West Floor ("Ambassador," "we," "us"), located at 17770 Chesterfield Airport Road, Chesterfield, MO 63005. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our applications, how we use it, and the choices you have.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Account applications. When you apply to become a Pro Customer, we collect your business name, contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, billing and delivery addresses, business type, purchasing preferences, the names and contact information of authorized buyers on your account, and whether you are tax-exempt.

Credit applications. If you apply for a credit account, we also collect your accounts payable contact, Federal Tax ID (EIN), requested credit limit, bank reference and trade references.

Flooring Ambassador sign-ups. If you join the Flooring Ambassador referral program, we collect the information needed to pay you and meet tax reporting requirements, including your taxpayer identification number (SSN or EIN), tax classification, mailing address and bank account information for direct deposit.

Website use. When you visit this website, our website platform (Shopify) and related tools may automatically collect information such as your device, browser, IP address and the pages you view, using cookies and similar technologies.

Communications. We keep records of messages, repair requests and other information you send us.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

- To review applications and set up and manage your account
- To evaluate credit applications, including contacting your bank and trade references
- To process orders, pickups, deliveries, installations and equipment repairs
- To pay Flooring Ambassador referrals and file required tax forms

TEXT MESSAGES

If you opt in, we may send recurring automated text messages to the mobile number you provide. Depending on your choice, these may include order, pickup, account and referral updates, and Pro Shop deals and events. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging information may be shared only with service providers who help us deliver messages.

HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We keep your information for as long as your account or program participation is active and as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

CHILDREN

Our website and programs are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
